何家英：男，汉族。1957年生于天津，河北任丘人。著名国画家。1980年毕业于天津美术学院并留校任教至今。
现为全国政协常委、中国美术家协会副主席、天津美术学院教授、天津美术家协会副主席。国家有突出贡献专家，天津文联德艺双馨文艺工作者。
何家英是当代中国画坛的著名工笔人物画家，被誉为“最有希望最有代表性的年轻一代画家”。他着眼于中西方绘画的相通之处，在两者的契合点上参悟因革，尊重传统而不束于旧范，问途城外而不流于追随。他的创作高扬写实精神，注重生命体验。作品刻画具微，布置谨重，人物清丽莹洁。他的写意作品也能别创新意，含蓄、虚豁、自然大方。作品注重对心灵的卓越表现和对人性的深刻关注，为中国人物画的创新作了富有成就之探索。先后到日本、韩国、印度、香港等地参加画展。
He Jiaying, a Han Chinese male, was born in 1957 in Tianjin, Renqiu, Hebei Province. A renowned Chinese painter, he graduated from Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts in 1980 and has been teaching there ever since.
He is currently a Standing Committee member of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), Vice Chairman of the China Artists Association, Professor at Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts, and Vice Chairman of Tianjin Artists Association. Recognized as a National Expert with Outstanding Contributions, he is also honored as a Virtuous and Artistic Worker by the Tianjin Federation of Literary and Art Circles.
He Jiaying is a renowned meticulous figure painter in contemporary China, hailed as “the most promising and representative young generation of painters.” He focuses on the common ground between Chinese and Western painting, contemplating innovation at their intersection, respecting tradition without being bound by old conventions, and seeking paths beyond the city without merely following trends. His creations uphold the spirit of realism and emphasize life experience. His works feature meticulous details, solemn compositions, and figures that are clear and luminous. His freehand works also demonstrate originality, being subtle, open-minded, and naturally elegant. His works prioritize the remarkable expression of the soul and profound attention to human nature, making fruitful explorations in the innovation of Chinese figure painting. He has exhibited his works in Japan, South Korea, India, Hong Kong, and other places.
