(A) Anterior view and dorsal view of H-shaped anatomical titanium plate. (B, C) Anterior view and dorsal view of posterior column with posterior wall fractures.
(A) One 8-hole reconstruction plate with six cortical screws supplemented with one cortical screw (PCS). (B) One 7-hole reconstruction plate with five cortical screws and one 5-hole reconstruction plate with five cortical screws (2P). (C) One H-shaped anatomical titanium plate with one 6-hole long chain and one 4-hole short chain (HTP). (D–F) Three groups of internal fixators after surface preparation of speckle pattern.
Surgical procedure. (A) A 12–15 cm skin incision was made from the posterior superior iliac spine to the posterior aspect of the greater trochanter of the femur. (B) The fracture window was exposed. (C) Hematoma was thoroughly evacuated, and the fracture was provisionally reduced and fixed with Kirschner wires.
