1.真好呀，昨晚除了上了几次厕所之外，几乎是一觉就睡到了6点多。之前几乎是每天晚上至少都会醒上那么一两次，然后就好长时间睡不着。对比着昨晚和之前的不同，我发现唯一的一点儿就是，即便中途醒了，也不要玩手机这样就能慢慢自然入睡，而不会很长时间睡不着。
2. 今早6点多快7点时，我醒了好长时间，但是窝在床上就是不想起来，因为我感觉被窝外面太冷了。后来几乎马上就要到7点了，我还是挣扎着起了床。毕竟我可不想回到家时，老爸已经吃完早饭，然后连面条都凉了。有趣的是我发现钻出被窝前对寒冷的恐惧有多么强烈，钻出被窝后，迅速的披上袄子之后，就会发现这种恐惧是多么的可笑。看来明早可以适当赖床，窝在被窝里，但也不必过度害怕，出了被窝太寒冷。尤其是起床后，我顺势瞥了一眼温度计，发现也就才0度左右，根本没有想象中那么冷。出了门，我也发现外面没多少冰霜。反而是回去的路上，我发现今早的晨雾很重，白茫茫的一片，尤其是村口那几乎连在一起的三个大池塘上的水雾浓厚的仿若仙境。
而那初升的朝阳散发出金黄的阳光，尤其是那金黄的阳光，在透过那白茫茫的晨雾，看起来就更加让人喜爱了。毕竟我想，没有哪个人冬日里不喜欢这样温暖又迷人的阳光。
3. 果然等我回到家时，老爸已经开始吃早饭了。还别说清早的面条老爸做的还是挺好吃的。我先捞了一碗纯纯的面条和菜叶，吃完后还嫌不过瘾，又喝了一大碗面条汤。吃完早饭后，老爸就收拾上渔具，出门钓鱼去了。而我又带上俩小狗，准备出门散散步，消消食。路过村口时，我在邻居家附近蹭了会儿网。后来发现大嫂从市区回来了，就互相打了招呼。
4. 等蹭完网下了两部小说之后，我就带着小狗回来了。我一看时间才刚刚9点多，就顺手洗了几个咸鸭蛋，然后在土灶里点起火来，准备把这几个咸鸭蛋给煮了。等咸鸭蛋煮好后，我就赶紧捞出来放进凉水里据说这样处理后的咸鸭蛋去壳会更容易一些。随后正好利用锅里还剩下的火，我顺势就开始烧水，准备做中午的地锅饭了。
5. 今天中午这锅地锅饭，锅巴做的特别厚，吃着特别香。
然而实际上这锅巴并不是一次做成的。一开始我本以为锅里的火炭儿就足够把锅巴给蒸熟了。没想到中途看了一遍，才发现锅沿儿一圈儿，并没有看到明显的锅巴。于是我就顺手有多放了一把豆叶，也正是这把豆杆和豆叶燃起的火，才终于把锅巴给完全蒸熟了。
6. 今天吃过午饭，又去桃园给小狗送过饭菜之后，我回到家就做了一套八段锦，然后才开始了午休。我发现今天的午休睡得特别舒服，特别沉，特别香。或许明天也可以试试，午休前先做上一套八段锦看看。
7. 午后那温暖的时光似乎过得特别快。我感觉就是午休一结束，我在门口晒了会儿太阳，再一看时间就已经3点多了。我顺手在土灶里架起火，然后把米汤和一部分锅巴给煮成了锅巴粥。这时我发现狗子在院子里汪汪大叫，尤其是那金毛居然直接在它那窝附近就尿了起来。于是我就带着它俩出了门。出门前我顺手拿起了那前两天煮完晒在那儿的小红薯尝了一下，我发现这小零食的味道还是相当不赖的。
8. 果然一出门，这俩狗子就蹦蹦跳跳的窜到路边，又是撒尿又是拉屎去了。等我们绕着村子转了一圈，来到桃园又回到家时，这俩小狗也跑够了，累得它俩伸着舌头，直接趴在了地上。
9. 今天晚饭吃的也算比较早了，等我回到桃园时也才5:30刚过一点儿。
我发现今天傍晚，西边儿的乌云，那形状挺有意思的，于是就顺手拍了下来。

1. It’s great! Last night, except for getting up a few times to go to the bathroom, I basically slept straight until after 6 o’clock. Before, I almost woke up at least once or twice every night and then couldn’t fall asleep for a long time. Comparing last night with before, I found the only difference: even if I wake up midway, don’t play with my phone, and I can slowly fall asleep naturally without lying awake for hours.
2. I woke up for a long time at around 6:30 to 7 this morning, but I just didn’t want to get up lying in bed because I felt it was too cold outside the quilt. Later, it was almost 7 o’clock, and I still struggled to get up. After all, I didn’t want to go home and find that Dad had already finished breakfast and even the noodles had gone cold. Interestingly, I found how strong the fear of cold was before getting out of the quilt, and after quickly putting on a jacket once out, I realized how ridiculous that fear was. It seems I can lie in bed properly tomorrow morning, but there’s no need to be overly afraid of the cold outside. Especially after getting up, I glanced at the thermometer and found it was only around 0 degrees, not as cold as I imagined. When I went out, I also noticed there wasn’t much frost. On the way back, however, I found the morning fog was very heavy today, a vast expanse of white. Especially the water mist over the three almost connected large ponds at the village entrance was so thick that it looked like a fairyland. The rising sun emitted golden sunlight, and when the golden rays passed through the white morning fog, it looked even more lovely. After all, I think no one doesn’t like such warm and charming sunshine in winter.
3. Sure enough, when I got home, Dad had already started breakfast. I have to say, the noodles Dad made early in the morning were really delicious. I first scooped a bowl of plain noodles with vegetable leaves, and after eating, I still wasn’t satisfied, so I drank a big bowl of noodle soup. After breakfast, Dad packed up his fishing gear and went out fishing. I took the two puppies and planned to go out for a walk to digest. Passing the village entrance, I蹭网 (used the internet) near my neighbor’s house for a while. Later, I found that my sister-in-law had come back from the urban area, and we greeted each other.
4. After 蹭网 (using the internet) and downloading two novels, I took the puppies back home. Seeing it was just after 9 o’clock, I casually washed a few salted duck eggs, then lit a fire in the earthen stove to boil them. Once the salted duck eggs were cooked, I quickly fished them out and put them in cold water—apparently, this makes peeling the shells easier. Then, taking advantage of the remaining fire in the pot, I started boiling water to prepare the noon earthen pot rice.
5. The crispy rice in today’s noon earthen pot rice was especially thick and delicious. However, this crispy rice wasn’t made in one go. At first, I thought the charcoal fire in the pot would be enough to steam the crispy rice. Unexpectedly, when I checked midway, I found no obvious crispy rice around the edge of the pot. So I casually added another handful of bean leaves, and it was the fire from this handful of bean stalks and leaves that finally fully steamed the crispy rice.
6. After lunch today, I went to the peach orchard to feed the puppies, then went home, did a set of Baduanjin, and then started my lunch break. I found today’s lunch break was particularly comfortable, deep, and sound. Maybe I can try doing a set of Baduanjin before the lunch break tomorrow too.
7. The warm time in the afternoon seemed to pass particularly quickly. I felt that as soon as the lunch break ended, I sat in the doorway to soak up the sun for a while, and when I checked the time again, it was already after 3 o’clock. I casually lit a fire in the earthen stove, then boiled rice soup and some crispy rice into crispy rice porridge. At this time, I found the dogs barking loudly in the yard, and especially the golden retriever actually peed directly near its kennel. So I took the two of them out. Before going out, I picked up one of the small sweet potatoes I boiled and dried a couple of days ago to taste, and found this snack was quite delicious.
8. Sure enough, as soon as we went out, the two dogs jumped and scurried to the roadside to pee and poop. After we walked around the village, went to the peach orchard, and came back home, the two puppies had run enough and were so tired that they lay directly on the ground with their tongues sticking out.
9. We had dinner quite early today. When I went back to the peach orchard, it was just a little past 5:30. I found the shape of the dark clouds in the west this evening was quite interesting, so I took a photo of them casually.
