Anlu, born in the long-standing soil of benevolence culture in China, is committed to taking benevolence culture as the source of inspiration and ‘Brand Paradigm’ as the foundation of its framework, meticulously building a unique ‘benevolence universe’. It is committed to presenting people with a unique and profound lifestyle, and thereby growing into a highly respected advocate of lifestyle aesthetics. Anlu, symbolizing a peaceful and secure foothold at the foot of the mountain, is not only a desirable destination on the journey but also a vivid manifestation of the ‘Chinese service’ spirit in the present. It is a brand model rooted in China and with a strong international style, and a vivid practice of the ‘Brand Model’ that integrates the essence of Eastern and Western thoughts.
Based on the classic design style of Mr. JAYA, Guantang Anlu particularly emphasizes the ingenious integration of local cultural characteristics, inheriting and promoting the architectural style of western Sichuan residential buildings, and carving out unique and ingenious design masterpieces. No matter when guests from all directions come, they can explore the ancient charm, enjoy the brand-new luxurious vacation experience of Chinese style, and be intoxicated by the healthy and original ecological lifestyle. The idyllic scene depicted by Tao Yuanming in ‘Returning to the Fields and Gardens’, where ‘elm and willow shade the back eaves and peach and plum trees stand in front of the hall’, has been perfectly replicated here.

The strong alliance between Chengdu Tian Tou Group and Anlu has achieved an excellent match between commercial brand value and regional resources. Through this, Anlu’s unique concepts and brand standards have been perfectly integrated with the ecological foundation of Guantang Village in Tianfu New Area, allowing the natural environment, local culture, international standards of the hotel industry, and modern fashion concepts to coexist and converge. After the official operation of the Guantang Anlu Hotel, it has brought new vitality to the hotel market in the southwest region. As a distinctive benchmark hotel product, it has effectively enhanced the hotel market level in Sichuan Tianfu New Area and strongly promoted the development of the exhibition industry in the Western China International Expo City.
Guantang Village itself has a rich cultural heritage of western Sichuan. In the design of the hotel, the local historical features are fully respected, and traditional architectural techniques such as the dougong wooden structure and the blue-tiled pitched roof are adopted, enabling the hotel to coexist harmoniously with the surrounding natural environment and village features. The planning of Guantang Anlu adheres to the principle of ‘low intervention and high integration’, adopting a decentralized layout. Functional areas such as guest rooms, public areas, and dining areas are distributed in a staggered manner within the village, creating a pattern of ‘one courtyard, one scene’. The hotel covers an area of approximately 100 mu, but the building density is kept at a relatively low level to ensure privacy and integration with the natural landscape.
二、空间美学
RESIDENTIAL DESIGN
Kwun Tong An Lu draws on the traditional Chinese courtyard style. The guest rooms are arranged in independent courtyards, with each courtyard containing 2 to 4 guest rooms to ensure privacy. Local flowers and bamboo forests are planted in the courtyard, creating a visual effect of ‘changing scenes with every step’. The interior space design adopts a minimalist style, mainly using natural materials such as logs and linen. The lobby is designed with a high ceiling, combined with the lighting of the atrium, to create a sense of transparency. The restaurant introduces an open kitchen to enhance the interactive experience. The original water system and terraced fields are retained in the landscape, and crops such as lotus and rice are implanted to enhance the rural atmosphere. Set up exhibition areas for traditional farming culture, such as stone mills and waterwheels, to enhance cultural interactivity.
