1.昨晚真是难得，又睡了个算是比较完整的好觉。怎么说呢，就是虽然中途起来上了好几次厕所，但几乎是上完厕所，再回到床上就又都睡着了。我仔细琢磨了一下，发现应该是这次夜里虽然起来上了厕所，但并没有玩手机，最多也就是看了一下时间，然后就直接到头继续睡了。所以有时候道理其实很简单，但做起来很难。今晚就试着按这个发现去，继续执行吧。
2. 今早又是6点多就睡醒了那时候听到大鹅们和小鸡儿都开始叫了，于是我就起来先把大鹅们放出来，然后给它们弄了些饲料。随后给小鸡们换了些水，弄了些饲料，把它们也放了出来。看着这些小家伙们蹦蹦跳跳的样子，就让人开心。忙完后我又窝回被窝，一直到7点多才起床。
3. 我以为我回家已经够晚的了，没想到老爸还没起床呢。于是我在家门口等了好半天，老爸才开了门。吃过早饭后老爸出门钓鱼去了。我本来也打算带着小狗出去浪上一圈儿的。只是刚走了没多远，就发现我穿的鞋子可能有点捂脚。于是就干脆回来了，把鞋子换了，连衣服也换了。被这事一打岔，我干脆决定去桃园继续翻土得了。有趣的是这一忙就忙到了快11点。还得是干着活，听着小说，过的时间真快。
4. 上午回到家时已经不早了，我就削了几个土豆，然后弄了点火腿肠，最后做了个土豆片炒火腿肠。
随后又做了一锅地锅饭。或许是因为上午干了半天的活，中午吃的饭还挺多的，还喝了不少的米汤。等吃过饭，洗过碗之后，我带着点饭菜来了桃园，等把饭菜喂给了小狗之后，我干脆就在桃园小屋里午休了一会儿。
5. 后来1:50左右我就起了床，随后就又开始了翻土剔除草根的工作。一边翻土除草，一边听着小说，时间过得飞快。
等4:30的闹钟响起时，我知道该回家做饭了。期间老爸也打来过电话，我还给他说呢，让他帮忙早点做饭。
6. 可令人失望的是，等我到家后发现老爸根本就没有行动。当时我感觉又饿又渴，还是有点儿心里不舒服的。后来随着我俩一起，赶快做了晚饭，等喝上一大碗米汤，再吃上那美味的蛋炒饭，所有的烦心事也就全都没了。
7. 吃完饭再洗漱一下，泡个热水脚，转眼等我再来到桃园时，太阳能灯都已经亮了，天已经几乎要黑透了。

Last night was really rare—I got a pretty solid night’s sleep. How to put it? Even though I got up several times to use the bathroom, I fell right back asleep almost as soon as I got back to bed. I thought about it carefully and realized it was probably because I didn’t play with my phone when I got up at night this time; I just checked the time at most, then lay down and kept sleeping right away. So sometimes the logic is actually simple, but it’s hard to put into practice. I’ll try to keep doing this tonight based on this discovery.

I woke up again around 6 o’clock this morning. I heard the geese and chicks start crowing, so I got up to let the geese out first, then fed them some feed. After that, I changed the chicks’ water, gave them some feed too, and let them out as well. Watching these little guys hopping around really makes me happy. After finishing up, I got back under the covers and didn’t get up until after 7.

I thought I got home pretty late, but I didn’t expect Dad hadn’t gotten up yet. So I waited at the door for a long time before Dad opened it. After breakfast, Dad went out fishing. I originally planned to take the puppy out for a walk too. But I’d only walked a short distance when I realized my shoes were probably making my feet sweat. So I just turned back, changed my shoes, and even changed my clothes. Distracted by this, I decided to go to the peach orchard to keep turning the soil. Interestingly, I ended up working until almost 11 o’clock. Nothing makes time fly faster than working while listening to novels.

It was already late when I got home in the morning, so I peeled a few potatoes, grabbed some sausages, and made stir-fried potato slices with sausages. Then I cooked a pot of earth pot rice. Maybe because I worked hard all morning, I ate a lot at noon and drank quite a bit of rice soup. After eating and washing the dishes, I took some food to the peach orchard, fed it to the puppy, and then took a nap in the small house there.

Later, I got up around 1:50, and then started turning the soil and pulling out grass roots again. Working on turning the soil and weeding while listening to novels made time pass really quickly. When the alarm went off at 4:30, I knew it was time to go home and cook. Dad also called during this time, and I even told him to help cook earlier.

But disappointingly, when I got home, I found Dad hadn’t done anything at all. I felt hungry, thirsty, and a little upset at that moment. Later, we quickly cooked dinner together. After drinking a big bowl of rice soup and eating the delicious fried rice with eggs, all the troubles were gone.

After dinner, I washed up and soaked my feet in hot water. Before I knew it, when I went to the peach orchard again, the solar lights were already on, and it was almost completely dark.
