萧山宝龙广场位于萧山金鸡路与建设一路交汇处，总建筑面积达23万㎡，其中商业面积达8万㎡，相比萧山万象汇33万㎡的总建筑面积来说，体量上稍微小一点。

虽然萧山宝龙有地下2层的停车场，但是却连一层都没有停满，停车场空空荡荡，也就是永辉超市入口的位置，停的车稍微多一些，很多区域都看不见一辆车。

一层的商场主要有霸王茶姬、喜茶、必胜客等快餐饮品店，还有就是一些折扣服饰以及一家亲子游泳馆，有几个店铺门口放着围挡，看起来是正在装修的样子，但是事实上什么时候营业不得而知。

据优瑞亲子游泳的负责人表示，其店铺的月租金约14万，加上水电和燃气，每个月费用要15万往上，也正是因为承担不起这笔巨额开支，导致机构走上了闭店的道路。

近几年，教培机构跑路倒闭的案例数不胜数，前有金宝贝、美吉姆等知名连锁教培机构，后有优瑞亲子游泳这种单店教培机构。
